At ProVida, we always make things easier for you. Let us tell you all the things you can do with your ProVida App to have control over your Savings:

• In the new home section, you'll find relevant content about what influences the profitability of your Savings.
• Similarly, the new home section has a refreshed graphic design where you can see the total amount of your Savings, along with your contributions and earnings, in a detailed and explanatory graph - all designed with you in mind.
• In the Branches section, you can quickly and easily find the location of the nearest branch and schedule a visit if needed.
• If you have requested a withdrawal from your APV or from your Account 2 and it is still in progress, you can check the status of the request anytime through your ProVida App.
• You can conveniently and securely log in with your fingerprint.
• Download your certificates directly to your mobile device.
• Receive notifications about the payment of your contributions.
• See how much you've earned in profitability since joining ProVida, both in your Mandatory Savings and if you have an APV or Account 2.
• View all transactions in your accounts.
• Use the simulator to discover how to achieve your desired pension.
• Access the Chat directly to receive 24/7 assistance from Pía, your Virtual Assistant at ProVida.
• Understand which fund you are in and switch if necessary.
